The hotel is located in the center of Liberec, on the top floor of an office building, which is no problem. We did not meet any staff, because everything was completely automatic. We spent one night here and were satisfied with everything, parking was also easy in the hotel's garage. The room was nice and clean.

Very friendly staff. The lady ran to me at the entrance offering all the help I might want. Very well equipped room (including umbrella, skin lotions or hairdryer). Tidy room with comfortable bed. Everything perfect. Top position if you want to go skiing, just in front of the ski area. The rooms are modern and spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Everything is super clean even with people coming in and out from the snow. Staff are very friendly and ready to help. We also tried the restaurant and it was super good. Thanks for a great stay.
