All the staff, from reception to the girls in the restaurant are very polite. I asked them to give my wife a little surprise and they did a great job. The room was warm and clean (we had the deluxe quadruple room). The food deserves special mention. Every day there was delicious and varied food. For dinner, you can order drinks, including tank beer, wine, juices and water. The hotel is in a convenient location for walking, skiing and sledding. There is also a good and large parking lot. Some might say that the furniture looks outdated in places, but guys, for this price (in our case, we ordered in advance and it was inexpensive) you get such great service. The girls who work there automatically add a few points to this hotel.

Accommodation was home like. Nice & clean. Host Lenka helped us with navigation as google maps brought us not even close to the place. A guest can find everything needed from snack salty and sweet in the kitchen to shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The whole property was clean and cozy.

Beautiful, quiet apartament, design is elegant, everything was clean and in perfect condition. All the kitchen appliances you might need, lots of utensils and cutlery etc. Big dining table and huge tarrace. Fast wi-fi. Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and washing - drying machine (and washing powder). Lots of storage space (huge wardrobe in the hall). Building is brand new, quiet, There is a parking spot dedicated for the apartment guests. Building has also its own (closed with keys) bike/ski room with dryers for ski boots. Located near Spicak bike park (like 500-600m to the lift), next to the hiking trails, and walking distance to many nice restaurants. Owner is very helpful and friendly, and communication with him was really good. We are visiting Spicak every year and i'm pretty sure this will be our choice for future stays :) Highly recommend!

Quiet location and yet close to interesting and beautiful...

Quiet location and yet close to interesting and beautiful places in Šumava. I can imagine spending a holiday here, my son and I were only there for a weekend. The guesthouse was absolutely great, with all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home. Clean, cozy and the four-poster bed was simply TOP. Very nice lady owner, I would be happy to come back and recommend it to everyone.

I can only recommend this hotel.

I can only recommend this hotel. Beautiful place, peace, quiet, relaxation. Excellent cuisine, nice accommodation, friendly staff. I also recommend taking advantage of the massage offer. It will definitely not be the last stay at this hotel.

I recommend the restaurant in the Kollerhof hotel, they cook...

I recommend the restaurant in the Kollerhof hotel, they cook excellently and the staff is very nice. I was in the area near the Nýrsko reservoir and otherwise I drove around the area. It was beautiful everywhere.
