We were a group of 5 and had a great relaxing stay at this B&B in Caputh, close to Postdam. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the bedroom clean and comfortable. Bonus point to the local Tourism Board for the free bus rides to/from Postdam and in the town. I highly recommend this hotel !

Excellent location for visiting all that's interesting, in Potsdam; a pleasant view from our room at the front of the hotel and the efficient double-glazing blocked any noise from the traffic. Close to recommendable restaurants and shops.. and the trams and buses are easily accessible within a short walk. The hotel is well maintained, tastefully decorated and all areas were kept clean, at all times. Our room was comfortable, again interestingly furnished and the heating/air-conditioning worked well. We appreciated the room safe and the complementary bottled water, replenished every day. Both the breakfast room and the bar area were light and airy...and had it been warm enough in the morning, we certainly would have sat on the delightful garden terrace. Breakfast was not included in our booking and at first, threatened to be rather expensive for us vegetarians who usually only eat fresh fruit and yoghurt to start the day; however, the variety of food available, here, ranks amongst our three top favourites and we were tempted on all five days of our stay. Really impressed to find roasted vegetables, a good selection of fresh fruits, soya yogurts, vegan paté and particularly, an incredible selection of proper, loose-leafed teas, rather than teabags! Service was professional and friendly and displays were replenished regularly. Nevertheless, a hotel stay is all about staff and service and the staff, here, deserve a special mention. From our arrival until our departure, the service was faultless in every area. Every query or request was dealt with immediately and efficiently in the warmest of manners. Special thanks to Stefan, Tony, Marcus, Michael and Katryn for making our stay such an enjoyable one and we look forward to visiting again.

Great for a short stay with an easy access to Potsdam and Berlin if you are arriving by car. Easy check-in. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast. Wi-Fi worked smoothly. Parking was not difficult as there was enough spaces in front and around the hotel.

Great location nearby a big lake, lots of restaurants, castles and beautiful nature. The hotel is in walking distance of the lake and restaurants, in a quiet street. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable.
