A modern and very high quality hotel with superb interior, fashionable bar and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the whole hotel is extremely stylishly decorated and fitted out. Paid car parking on site and just a few minutes walf down the hill into Dinkelsbühl town. Staff are very attentive, friendly and efficient.

The stuff was so lovely. I asked for a nice view to celebrate with my mum and they gave us the most beautiful room in the whole castle. Thank you! You also get a free public transport ticket with the spa (city) tax, so don't buy the ticket, use the one from the check in, valid both day or arrival and departure (and the whole stay).

The peace and quiet was wonderful, nestled in the middle of...

The peace and quiet was wonderful, nestled in the middle of the forest at the end of a dead-end road. The restaurant is excellent, serving typical German dishes with plenty of salad. A car is essential, as public transport is a long way away (Bad Kreuznacht) and parking is a problem. However, parking in Mainz costs a maximum of 10 euros and in Speyer it's 3 euros.
