The lobby was completely dark upon arriving.
The lobby was completely dark upon arriving. The room was not clean. Even though they say breakfast was offered; it was not offered. The hotel has not been maintained for years. My son would not even take a shower in the room because it was so dirty. When you turned off the lights to go to sleep, the whole room had no electricity so we could not charge our computer. The hallways were dirty. The elevator did not work. The hotel said in the web page that there was a shuttle to the airport, however, there were no shuttle. We were told to book a taxi. I could not sleep the entire night because I felt so unsafe there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. AND IT WAS EXPENSIVE FOR 270 EUROS FOR TWO NIGHTS. Location is close to Frankfurt airport and to the river.
Location is close to Frankfurt airport and to the river. The hotel markets itself that they have an airport shuttle but they don’t actually have one. Also when going to Frankfurt always take cash . Check-in directions were given the day of arrival, which I couldn't check on the 12-hour flight to Frankfurt. I arrived at property at 10pm, had to wake the neighbor to access wifi and call the owner for the lock-box code. Owner did not answer our FIVE phone calls or texts.
