The room was fantastic. The small kitchen set up was brilliant and not expected. The walk in wet room shower was impressive. Quiet location which was out of the way but felt secure. The electronic door opening was futuristic. Well done. There were no staff on site but everything from booking in online to gaining access was easy and worry free

We stayed at AM BERG Hotel and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is located right in the Harz National Park, which makes it a perfect spot for nature walks and cycling trips. The rooms are very clean and clearly newly renovated, everything feels fresh and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was tasty and varied, a great way to start the day. Excellent combination of location, comfort, and service - we would be happy to come back again.
