Myself and three friends toured Germany and this was the ideal location for a three day stopover near Berlin. Very comfortable room with a great breakfast. Within walking distance of several restaurants and the bar in the hotel was excellent. We ate in the bar one night and we could not fault the food or the size of portion. If we are in the area again we would certainly use this hotel.

We're driving 1300km for our trip, so it's ideal to have a rest stop halfway through. This is the second time we've stayed in Genshagen. It's very clean and quiet. We had a problem checking in; the system was blocked, but after calling the B&B, it was resolved within ten minutes. Definitely recommended.

It says it's 1 kilometer from the center of Berlin, but it's actually outside the city, which makes it inaccessible to someone who hires the service and doesn't have a vehicle. This seems misleading to me, or at least confusing to the buyer.

Our trip was primarily focused on the thermal baths in Ludwigsfelde, but thanks to its excellent location, a visit to Berlin combined with a boat trip on the Spree River was very informative and insightful. Furthermore, Potsdam, with Sanssouci Palace and its gardens, which we also visited, is highly recommended.

The hotel's location, right next to the motorway exit and...

The hotel's location, right next to the motorway exit and within the "Brandenburg" industrial and shopping park, was good. There was also a petrol station within sight of the hotel. We didn't visit Genshagen itself. We were visiting relatives and went to places in Potsdam. The drive there takes 20 minutes.

A great little option for a short overnight stay. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our second time here, and we felt comfortable both times. We'll definitely be back.

I only spent the night in Genshagen, so I didn't visit any places in the destination. I didn't even plan to. I'll fix that the next time I stay. But then it would take some promotion of interesting places in the area!

The hotel is undergoing a renovation. So unfortunately currently (August 2025) there is no breakfast faciliteis and there is only a temporary reception desk. But the renovated rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable and I liked the shower. A good breakfast is available at the hotel acroess the street.

We used the hotel as a stopover. It is in a good location for the motor way. Petrol station and McDonalds (ee did not see any other place to eat so we were happy) next door.
