Very nice and welcoming staff. Excellent room with fireplace, steam shower and very well equipped kitchen. Huge balcony and comfortable bed. You can get to Lübeck using ferry that takes you to the other part of Travemünde in 3 minutes. Short but very nice trip. Overall, our stay was excellent, definitely will book this place again when visiting Travemünde.

Tidy and spacious room, baby bed was provided for free. Breakfast was amazing, big choice of food. The breakfast wintergarden was very cozy, great views to greenery etc. Baby chair was available in the breakfast room. Great location when arriving with the ferry from Finland. Parking spaces available. The whole stay was perfect!

I have lived in many, many hotels during my career, but this one kind of beats them all. Being a lifelong sailor I just love to wake up with a free horizon and the sun in my face. My God I did here. Panorama view of Travemünde harbor with one ferry after another padding the window. Clear sunshine after an amazing sunrise!. The room, was just perfect - kind of stylish 1960s feel but perfect quality almost everywhere (Yes, this is an older hotel, but the magic factor removes the little imperfections in an instant!), large balcony and a bed that had a very good matrass. Its actually a little hard to find words to describe this perfect arctitecture in the perfect spot for this non-perfect person for a perfect moment one sunny morning. I loved this place and the room. And to add to that, the receptionist when I checked out was incredibly kind and nice.

A lovely, well cared for guest house in a great location. I arrived very late but had full instructions for access and everything went fine. The owner was very courteous and friendly. Overall it was delightful if very short stay.

I had a newly renovated single that was a perfect design for comfort and facilities. The character of this old hotel is noticeable from the first but does not come at the expense of the experience of staying there. The welcome was so friendly and the location easy to find and within walking distance of not only the beach area but also the town. Also close to the station allowing for an easy journey to Luebeck. The stay was really relaxing and the honesty bar appreciated.
