Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.

Room was so clean and tidy. I stayed with my family. Hot and cold water were so good in bath. Breakfast was good enough when you compare with most of hotels. Reception personnel was so helpful for every needs. Car parking area was so wide and it was free. We used our car so I don’t have any idea for public transportation to Berlin city center. As a result, when you compare price and performance of hotel; it was highly recommended.

The apartment was very spacious, well decorated, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities that you could think of. We had a great time whilst exploring Berlin and around. The nearest S-Bahn station is about 10 mins walk or couple of minutes by car.

Nothing. My family has been traveling a lot using Booking for 6 years. During this time, we have booked accommodation in 13 European countries. I usually choose accommodation with a good rating and carefully read the comments. Choosing this house is the worst choice in all our travels! Ladies will understand what I mean. This turned out to be not a cozy home, but a bachelor’s summer house. And it is absolutely not suitable for living in it during the cold season! 1. I could have rented a hotel room in Berlin for this price. But we like privacy. We didn’t get that. Be prepared that every morning the owner will feed the birds right next to the bedroom window. You will have to share the territory with a stranger. This guest house is worth near the owner's house. There is no privacy at all. 2. There is no curtain in the kitchen. The curtain in the bathroom is transparent. They can look into you at any time. 3. There is a huge garbage container under the kitchen table. This situation makes you lose your appetite. 4. There are 4 chairs in the house! I rented it for 5 people 5. The bed in the bedroom creaks terribly and bends greatly under a person. The huge square pillows are uncomfortable In the living room, on the contrary, 2 pillows are so narrow (about 20 cm) that only children can sleep on them. The sheet on the sofa is not fixed. It slides all the time. The sofa is of irregular shape and this is the problem. 6. The house looks like a warehouse for unnecessary things. There is a fitball in the bedroom, a vacuum cleaner in a prominent place in the living room 7. There is no microwave or coffee machine. The house looks like a grandmother’s house. And a very poor grandmother 8. Previously, there were 2 hours between check-out and check-in times. This owner has 5 hours to prepare the home. But it’s clear that he does nothing except change the linen. If you move the rugs, it’s very dirty under them. Sand. Under the sofa we saw someone else’s sock and other debris. 9.

    Hoppegarten is a place (?) near or a part of Berlin. Not sure. It has grocery stores, gas station, McDonalds and restaurant. A few (2-3) km in the direction of Berlin it has an enormous shopping mall. The place is "crowded) with beautiful houses in different styles. Great to look at.

    Silent place. The whole flat with all necessary equipment and small garden. It was warm and convenient in a cool rainy October day being in the house with warm floors. I could find everything I need having a feeling that I am just a guest at my natives or friends. A lot of small subjects of household make a feeling of bein at home apart from some hotel.
