We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay in it when we arrived in Erlangen for the second time. Were very satisfied! The entire staff is client-oriented, friendly and attentive: both managers and maids. Helped to solve even those problems that were not related to staying at the hotel. Helpful and polite staff, at the reception and in the restautant. Free water, croissants and candies upon arrival. Impressive room, bed couldn’t be more comfortable. Big room, equipped so it doesn’t feel like a hotel but rather as at home, only better:) Spacious bathroom, super clean and with everything one needs. Breakfast superior, selected foods, fresh, anything you wish for. Even German and English newspapers available for free. Breakfast and check out later than it is the norm, very guest friendly. Central location, next to everything but on the other hand so calm and quiet.
