Very nice and helpful staff. All areas are clean and nicely decorated. Confortable bed and good breakfast. I recommend this hotel very well connected by a shuttle less than 10 minutes away from the airport.

We used the hotel as a base while visiting family and we couldn't be more pleased. The hotel is one stop from airport by train and the manager Walantis was so helpful and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble, we shall definitely be using the hotel again.

Fantastic value-for-money proposition. Convenient complimentary coach transfer from T1 and T2. In-house restaurant for dinner with micro-brewed beers. Way better option than the dated airport hotels and at a great price. I would most definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, Shuttle bus from the airport runs every 30min. Breakfast was great. So many choices. We arrived around 8 PM, so it was nice that the hotel had a bar where we could have a light meal.

    Great location for overnight stay for early flight out of Frankfurt airport. Nice hotel, friendly staff and on site restaurant with good food was a plus. Beds were a bit soft but comfortable. Also very close to a gas station that made it easy to fuel up before car rental return. I would choose this hotel again when I return to Germany.

    The hotel was perfect.

    The hotel was perfect. Breakfast is offered at times that work for early morning travel. We like the ability to stay the night before at the hotel & not worry about potential traffic jams the morning of our flight. The scheduled shuttles to the airport are great: they run as scheduled & take you right to your terminal.

    Close to airport with great bus service. Highly surprised about it's 2 star rating as it outperformed on friendliness and service some Ibis 3star plus we stayed in the past. Looking forward to our last night there before flying home

    Very great stay. Very helpful staff. Location very great right next to the bust stop and a few minutes ride to airport by bus (only 3 euros). The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Maybe if checking late like I did, alert the staff earlier so they can support you well. They still supported me when I arrived, but a heads-up to them would have made things much easier. Overall very great stay.

    Excellent accommodation and great service, friendly staff. Room and onsuite (bathroom) beautiful design and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Would always come back and stay there again. Also liked the Wintergarten and property location adjacent to the river Main. Service personnel very kind and helpful. Good value for money and piece of mind setting. Location also close to airport, easy to travel with taxi or bus service 😀😀😀

    Supermarket nearby, about a 10 min walk. Very modern and clean. Fridge was a good size and kept drinks and food cold well. We would use this hotel again. Short uber ride from the Frankfurt airport. It’s a bit far to walk from the airport, but a cheap uber ride did the trick. On arrival we found that they do have a shuttle bus available for about 9€ per person.

    The hotel has a great vibe. Only hiccup was that we missed the free airport transfer which runs every 45 minutes, so decided to get a taxi. The taxi driver took us to the wrong Moxy Hotel, as there are four of them in Frankfurt. Be sure your driver is clear about the address. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

    The hotel is right by the bus stop for the airport, so it was perfect for my early morning flight. The staff is wonderful, so konwledgeable and friendly. My room was big, bed comfortable, enough space for everything, clean bathroom. Definitely a great choice in Frankfurt, not just when one has a late night arrival or an early morning departure.

    It was a good location near the airport and they have a free bus that takes you to the hotel and brings you back though it leaves you a couple of meters away from the main hotel entrance so if you have morw luggage be challanged getting to the main hotel entrance!
