We liked the outdoor pool. The yellow slide was cool. Staff were permissive of boisterousness. Top class sauna complex. Group swim and whirlpool were great. You have freedom to explore the park at night which is great.

A very beautiful hotel in a small suburb of Berlin. Close to Tropical Islands, which was important to us. Very friendly and nice staff. Tidy and clean rooms. Good food and nice lounge for adults. We will definitely come back here.

I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever!

I spent there 4 days and it was the worst experience ever! The food was bad and overpriced all over the place, but you are kind of stuck there... First night the whole family of 4 got food poisoning from one of the restaurants there. Those who managed to throw up were lucky, cause the rest was feeling sick till the end of our stay ;/ There was a poop floating in children pool. In the big pool something touched my leg - surprise! surprise! a DIAPER! Our room was not cleaned during these 4 days, we had to put the trash outside the door to be picked up. There was always a queue to service desk, so we didn't even manage to report it.

Tropical Islands means to me to stay in nice warm weather - 24.2C is not sufficient and it was really cold when step up from 32degrees pool. Many places were closed without any warning upon arrival. Big slides were under reconstruction, ok, article on web site, but no price compensation, minigolf-closed, BoraBora lounge - closed, half of kid's playground - closed. Smell from slide construction was touchable in half of hangar. I need to mention 1.5h gueue before we could enter the Islands. Any ideas for improvement to speed up the process? I was terribly dissapointed and once you pay entrance and night, you stay, because of kids but I guess it is not what succesfull managemant wants.

I recommend everyone visit this wonderful place because it's like a clean and beautiful tropical island. This place is extremely enjoyable for adults, children, families, and young people. I've visited it six times and I always hope to visit again. There are fun water games, amazing swimming pools, clean restaurants, and the weather is very warm.

A great and imaginative imitation of a rainforest.

A great and imaginative imitation of a rainforest. Along with pools, slides and shops, it's like a small town hidden in a huge hall. The humidity is high inside, but you have to expect that when you go there. A minor flaw is the wild river, which has scuffed paint. Swimsuits don't slide much on the concrete.

It's great to have a summer feeling all day long.

It's great to have a summer feeling all day long. Pleasantly warm (everywhere). Swimwear, flip-flops, and something light to throw on for meals are perfectly sufficient. There are plenty of activities, especially for children, who have lots to do. Unfortunately, the prices are unreasonable. Everything is far too expensive, especially since the accommodation is already pricey enough. About 90% of the staff are unfriendly.

Basically everything is incredibly beautiful, mine and my 8 year old daughter's experience was 10/10. My hotel room was 2406, very spacious and clean. Ohh, and take Shampoo and Conditioner because there is only shower gel in the room. Everything else is too pretty and well organized for all ages.

Very friendly staff! Nice clean hotel rooms and free parking. Only 10 min drive from Tropical Islands. There was small refrigerator in one of the rooms even though I don't think that was promised in the booking - very much appreciated, Nice restaurant in the hotel.
