Our stay at Ferienwohnung HolzGenuss was overall average. The apartment itself was decent, providing the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, we found the host's behavior a bit off-putting. From the moment we arrived, the host seemed more interested in when we would be leaving than making us feel welcome. While we understand they might have had scheduling concerns, it made us feel rushed and unwelcome. On a positive note, the location was convenient, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. Nevertheless, we believe there is room for improvement in terms of the host's approach and communication to create a more enjoyable and welcoming experience for guests.

1. Good location. On the top of a mountain in Colmberg. Can see the sunset, sunrise and morning fog, especially the morning fog is very beautiful. 2. Long history and interesting exploring experience. Also have animals near the berg. 3. Good service. We need to leave to airport in the morning, give us earlier breakfast than their open time. 4. Good facilities. Have enough hot washing water. 5. Good food.

A lovely family run boutique hotel. Excellent location in the centre of Ansbach and beautiful, well equipped rooms. Staff so friendly and spoke English perfectly. Access to the rooms upon check in was easy, even when we arrived at midnight. The food was delicious and fresh in the restaurant too!

We find the place very charming.

We find the place very charming. Good restaurants, very service-oriented. However, a freight railway line is quite close by, and the trains run at night. So sleeping with the windows open isn't really an option.

We were all very impressed with this hotel.

We were all very impressed with this hotel. The antique parts of the building are wonderfully combined with the new construction – truly unique. Lehrberg is also ideally located for various excursions in the surrounding area. I can highly recommend the Hotel Dorfmühle!

We stayed for one night here to visit the Christmas market at Rothenburg. Beautiful place and great staff, the breakfast was small but very good, they even offered us a home made Christmas cake which was fantastic. i definitely recommend this hotel.
