Breakfast was excellent: plenty of variation in breads and variation in cheese/meat as well. The rooms are spacious and neatly designed with a very calm but luxurious atmosphere. The bathroom is massive, has a good shower, and a wide sink. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, and properly cleaned every day. The location is supreme: in the centre of Oberkirch with access to parking spaces and directly next to the train. The restaurant in the hotel is also strongly recommended. Some other random good points: stable, fast and free WiFi. Parking included with the hotel on a nearby P+R (2 min walk). Lovely sitting area outside the room with some books and games.

You can tell this is a business run with care & attention to detail. We loved it! From start to finish, over a 3 night stay we were not lacking for anything. The staff are so friendly and always checking you have everything to make your stay comfortable. The surroundings are second to none. The views are beautiful, it is so peaceful and it’s a very relaxing place to stay. We were a party of 6 ladies looking for a lovely venue for our schnapps getaway. We did a 12 mile schnapps walk one day - it was absolutely stunning. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was perfect - it is a top quality dining experience. I would recommend the 3 course set menu! The food was delicious and every member of our party enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were great - freshly baked good and lots of continental choice, plus cooked eggs and bacon. Rooms were very spacious, spotless and well laid out. Thankyou to the hotel for having us. Top tips: There is a bus running to and from Oberkirch, which is free when you get a ticket from the hotel. They run every hour and it’s only a short journey. The local swimming pool is immaculately kept and a great day to spend the day - 2 pools, a baby pool, diving boards and a slide, plus great little snack bar.

Absolutely beautiful home from home, had everything you could possibly need. Stunning views over the local town and beyond, so peaceful. The property has been done up to an incredible standard. We loved the garden and the views and enjoyed sitting out having a drink and food or playing games or just simply relaxing. The beds were so comfy and everywhere so clean. The children enjoyed having the use of the WiFi. We enjoyed star gazing at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Lots of places to see and visit locally and great location to travel further afield. The owners were lovely and great communication from start to finish.

Oberkirch is a charming town with plenty of restaurants for a delicious meal. Tip! We ate at Das Clubheim a few times, and we really enjoyed it. It's also a great location for walking, cycling, or taking the train to places like Strasbourg.

Such a great hotel. The room was absolutlely great. Spacious. Everything in it were really clean and comfortable. All the staff were kind, friendly and motivated. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Really as good as it can get. And since we travel by train, the proximity to the current station was extra convenient.

The hotel is situated at a beautiful location, overviewing the hills. I was here with my dog, and we could walk from the hotel into the nature really easily. The hosts were really nice, the room was good and clean. Breakfast was good.
