PERFECT! EVERYTHING 10/10. Definitely the best hotel in Rostock! Why? - Excellent location by the water in a quiet area, yet close to the city centre. - Huge, comfortable and well-equipped rooms with balconies. - Very friendly and knowledgeable English-speaking host. - Free parking. It's hard to describe all the advantages, and I have compared it to dozens of 4- and 5-star hotels that were worse. Highly recommended, and congratulations to the owners for creating a unique place!

The place is perfectly situated, especially for those going on business to work at Max Planck Institute or others in the area. Easy access from the train station and other restaurants, supermarkets in the area. The breakfast is great and there is a vending machine with ready made soups, cold and warm drinks and some snacks which are really handy when you cannot buy something to eat or arrive really late after everything is closed. Private safe parking included. Ten minutes walk to old town and tram station just outside. We had a quiet room facing the inner yard. Clean and nice room. The breakfast buffet,14 €, was ok. In Rostock you pay a mandatory kurort charge that gives you free access to all public transport in Rostock as well as in neighbouring Warnemünde. Friendly and helpful staff. Two supermarkets and one good Italian restaurant nearby.
