I work in the hospitality industry myself and as such we tend to be very critical. It is not often that you find the professional welcome and service you are providing yourself on a daily basis. Here you are made welcome instantly and the rest of the stay just was just as perfect. Hospitality is not difficult and this is a prime example of what it should be like, so thank you for an excellent stay.

Stylish building in a nice quiet location. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and offered good variety and quality of food. All the personnel were friendly and welcoming. Wellness was really enjoyable.

Great place to stay for touring the Harz mountains. The first thing that happened upon my arrival was to get the motorbike off the street, and around the back, next to theirs. Brilliant, in a courtyard safe and sound. I didn't even have to ask, it was offered straight away. I had the best room in the house, I was overlooking my bike, so what could be better. My room had everything that I needed in it for a nice relaxing stay. I slept really well, the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was ample for me too. All in all I'd stay here again if I'm round this way again. Thanks to you both.

We loved this hotel, the spa facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool. The food was fantastic, we really enjoyed our breakfasts and the evenings meals. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and had a lot of space, we loved sitting on the balcony. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly, we would love to stay again.
