    entrance via code (no separate keys needed), spacious indoor garage, modern interior, kitchen equipped with all conveniences, excellent bed, village Todtnau has several well-rated groceries, bakers (one with delicious Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte) and restaurants, all within walking distance, you can start various hiking trails just around the corner (for example the Walter Wegner Weg and the route to the Todtnauer Wasserfälle), Feldberg 15 minutes by car, Titisee 30 min, Freiburg im Breisgau 45 minutes

    The main point of this hotel is that it's for a couple who do their work with passion and love. You could feel the love and positive energy there. The location was nice, peaceful, and quiet. It had nice food, very nice staff, and a swimming pool that was also nice.

    Nice small village in the black forest. Close to quite some highlights. We got the hochschwarzwalder card, which gives free (!) entry to many attractions.
