An exceptionally friendly hotel. The hotel has an incredibly kind and trusting attitude toward its guests. At breakfast, no one checks whether the guest has paid. There is no bartender at the bar — guests serve themselves and simply write down what they’ve taken on a piece of paper. I always love the atmosphere in this hotel - it truly makes you relax. The additional filtered water tap was great and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect.

location & convenience. centrally located and its a transit point for both subways and trains service (only two stops from CPH central station). Easy walking access to many attractions within Copenhagen. Norreport is also a lively location within easy reach to many food options. Despite the lively environment, our room located on 1st floor is quiet (as we did also request for a quiet room). The room windows has double glazed windows, with privacy shade, night shade and night curtains .. this makes for a very good night rest. We're lucky to be allocated a room that has an additional cove where we could park our luggages .. thus it's not in the way of the cozy room. Large Bathroom and that's a bonus. Reception plus F&B staff are very nice. Breakfast spread is good and the fact that it is in operation from 7 to 11 am .. this makes it easy to pick a slot in its cozy dining room.

The hotel was well located next to Tivoli and within a short walk of the pedestrianised shopping streets . Our room could not have been closer to the train station yet we did not hear a thing contrary to other reviews that we read prior to our trip . The staff were incredibly attentive making our stay very nice . Breakfast…what a choice , best hotel hot buffet breakfast I have had , all the family were catered for .
