Sam, the manager and one of the executive chefs, went above and beyond to ensure that my dad and I felt truly at home during our stay in Punta Cana/DR. Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. A home away from home. Simple, very clean rooms. Don Jorge and Angelica are the best! Breakfast was joyful each morning and delicious. We had recommendations for booking a car and other activities. The area is great if you want to chill, walk to the beach and just be in a quiet spot. It just has a good, home vibe that you appreciate when traveling.

My recent stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff's genuine warmth and friendly smiles made me feel instantly welcome. Every morning, cheerful greetings and a heartfelt "good morning" set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable day. The entertainment options were fantastic! Whether I craved a silent disco dance party or a fun, interactive dance class, Live Aqua had something for everyone. The entertainment staff was incredibly funny and always managed to keep the energy high. Food was another highlight of my trip. The variety and quality were impressive, from the delicious buffets to the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Special shout-out to Rose at the Mexican restaurant for her amazing service, and to Mariza, my housekeeper, for always keeping my room spotless. Even the little things made a big difference. A friendly smile from Julio at breakfast offering me a steaming cup of "Punta Cana coffee" was the perfect way to start each day. Live Aqua truly has it all: a stunning location, impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment. If you're looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway, look no further!
