Top quality hotel in every aspect, food, service, bathroom product, towels, bathrobe etc. 9 hotel rooms capacity in total. A home away from home. Simple, very clean rooms. Don Jorge and Angelica are the best! Breakfast was joyful each morning and delicious. We had recommendations for booking a car and other activities. The area is great if you want to chill, walk to the beach and just be in a quiet spot. It just has a good, home vibe that you appreciate when traveling.

Everything. The staff is amazing. Everyone from guys at the activities to bartenders to cleaners and cooks. We have visited quite some hotels and resorts but never had experiance with everyone being so nice and welcoming. Food was nice, especially in the Azur (fish) restaurant, Brasas and Uni restaurant. Everything was super clean, they have activities through whole day but of course ypu can also just relax at the beach. Bear in mind that the pool has really high concetration of Chloride so you get green swimsuit and skin if you are staying for too long in the water.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.
