I loved everything. Everything was incredible, it was my second time and we have nothing bad to say. Everyone should live this experience. Enjoy your first day at the resort. Rafael, the entertainer, who does dances on the beach, pools, and other resort areas, is attentive, dynamic, cheerful, high-spirited, and really boosts our energy. All credit to him. I also can't fail to mention the perfect team at the swim-up bars. Alberto and Carlos - You guys are amazing. There's a nightclub and a casino too. Restaurants don't require reservations and we had a great experience at every one we went to.

The place was AMAZING!! The staff really make the resort to the next level. Fraces at Libre for breakfast greeted us and made us feel so special and welcome. I must call out Raphael and Ericka at the Miraflores pool area, kept us happy, and drinks always in our hands :) I can't forget Wilson from entertainment; Luis from the Asian restaurant along with Rosanna. I hope I didn't forget anyone because everyone was AWESOME!!!!!
