Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It’s quiet enough to relax but close to everything you might need. We felt pampered and peaceful the entire time.

We chose this hotel for its location, and it delivered far more than we expected. The room was large, air-conditioned, and had a kitchenette with all the essentials. The terrace gave us relaxing views of the pool. Breakfast was excellent, with both continental and American choices. Complimentary parking made our trip stress-free.

The suite was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The terrace gave us a peaceful view of the gardens, and we spent many evenings there. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with à la carte dishes prepared fresh. Free parking and WiFi made everything convenient. The location near the beach sealed the deal.

My partner and I stayed for five nights, and it was one of our best vacations yet. The beachfront location meant we could swim in the ocean whenever we wanted. In the evenings, the rooftop pool offered a quieter, more private experience. Our studio was cozy and modern, with everything we needed, from WiFi to a fridge. I spent a week at this hotel and didn’t want to leave. The studio I stayed in had a small balcony that overlooked the garden, and it was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The pool was surrounded by tropical greenery and always kept clean. The beach was only a few minutes away, so I went there almost every day. The area had plenty of restaurants with fresh seafood and local dishes. The hotel was peaceful, even though it was in the city center. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Everything was so well thought out, from the design to the service.

Staying here alone gave me exactly what I was looking for : relaxation, comfort, and a touch of luxury. Traveling with a group of colleagues, we were impressed with how accommodating this resort was. The family rooms gave us plenty of space while still keeping us together. Every morning we’d grab breakfast, then split between beach time and pool lounging. In the evenings, we tried the variety of restaurants nearby and even enjoyed the on-site bar.

    I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this place

    Punta Cana is a lovely place.

    Punta Cana is a lovely place. It would be nice to have public transportation buses to the Blue Mall etc. Lots to see and do here. It would be really nice to be able to book tourist sight seeing flights on helicopters and small planes. We did zip lining and visited the monkeys..both good experiences our parasailing was cancelled correctly due to the tropical storm. I always try to leave small tips for workers in the resorts. They are very appreciative of the money. It makes a difference.

    This was my second time visiting Punta Cana.

    This was my second time visiting Punta Cana. Still undergoing a lot of building and construction, but it is a growing county. We stayed in Uvero Alto at the beginning of September. We did see plenty of seaweed but they do try to remove it daily. But for my liking the ocean is nice to see but due to the darker water and seaweed I didn't get in the water. Macoa beach was not impressive and they have many vendors that are extremely overpriced. Other than that you can walk along the beach, but plan to take your own food for the day or spend $25 per lb of fish or $30 per lb for lobster. Saona Island was beautiful, you see the blue Caribbean waters and white sand. This time we saw clear waters, but the first time there was a lot of seaweed.

    I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice. The rest of the town is just a run down beach town geared for tourists. Poorly planned and even more poorly maintained. It's pretty much a smaller, dirtier version of Jacksonville, Florida.

    The hotel was very beautiful, lovely flower, I felt safe with my daughter there. There were things to do at every corner of the ground and very nice entertainment at night. Very big hotel, drink and food all day long, there were things for children to partaking in and many other things to do. I would recommend for others to visit when they get a chance.
