Absolutely amazing experience. Jorge went over expectations that we have pleasent stay. Area also really cozy and local. Our luggage were lost during flight. This place made our 3 stay amazing still. Can't recommend enough. Town it self is quiet but really friendly and safe. Dogs at venue are amazing as well.

I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Beautiful resort i love it 🥰 pools very nice, beautiful beach. The Buffet : breakfast and lunch are delicately delicious, tasty with a lot of variety. But the best part of this resort? THE STAFF, polite super friendly, makes you feel comfortable. I really really like this. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not just for the hotel but 5 star for the staff , all of them 👏👏👏

This was the most amazing all inclusive resort we have stayed at. It had only reopened 2 days before our arrival, but felt like they had been open for years. The grounds and buildings are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff are utterly amazing and are so friendly. Several members of the staff absolutely made our stay memorable. They treat you like family. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants and the buffet in Ventanas will not disappoint either. The little coffee shop, "Drips", under the stairs on the mainfloor by the theatre was perfect. Great hours, great food and coffee, but it was the staff that will always have a smile and go out of their way to ensure yo are happy. Any review before March 4, 2025 should be taken cautiously, as that was all under the old management and name. The new Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana should be on your bucket list of places to see.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.
