Friendliness and kindness of all the staff - especially Josslyn and Margarit. Josslyn organised a bird spotting tour for us late the night before. The room opened up to the rainforest - really special! Comfortable beds and great shower. Very good breakfast. Wonderful dining area open to the rainforest and gorgeous hummingbirds! Secure parking for our motorbike.

Every day there was a delicious cooked breakfast. I stayed 5 days and every day the breakfast was different! The dining room has a panoramic view of the river and forest. The sites of Mindo are quick walk away. Dont forget to sample the rich dark chocolate while here!

The stay at Mindo Bird Lodge was excellent. The room may not have been 5 star, but it was comfortable and close to the action. The birds are all around. you can sit under cover and have birds fly right by you. Thev private waterfall is incedible - you feel like you are the only one to have ever been there. Such a great place.

The Temple II, Mindo is located in Mindo. Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to barbecue facilities.

We booked 3 nights, but extended to 5 nights. The host and staff are super friendly. We made a cooking class and a cocktail night there and celebrated Malena's birthday there. The breakfast each morning was also very good. The rooms are very big, clean and comfy. You have a great view into the forest. The kitchen is well equipped. To the city center it is a 10 min walk. All in all we couldn't have had a better stay. Definately recommand.
