Very nice place for family. The decorations are amazing. The swimming pool is nice. The staff is very friendly. The food was delicious.

The location is truly extraordinary. The hacienda is located next to a nature reserve amidst beautiful vegetation and impressive landscape. The hacienda can only be reached with a tarabita, a cable car crossing a canyon with spectacular views onto a waterfall. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay special. They also prepared local food, including the trouts that we could fish in a pond right next to the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

The room was ample, the beds and the bath comfortable. We had a very nice balcony with a view of the mountain. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. They made good recommendations for us to go to a spa or the local hot springs. Free parking and a good breakfast. They also had water to refill bottles.
