We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you. Location was pinpoint on the map owner is a friendly and helpful person, perfect location if you are willing to late check in. Decoration is so nice i even felt bad entering the building with the shoes on since it was so clean and cozy.

Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and decent, he made sure every little detail is taken care of. He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!
