We loved it so much that we decided to stay one more night! Hatem is a great host. We had dinner there and the food was super good. He even made us a fire. The breakfasts were good as well. A real oasis! Quiet, beautiful, right in front of the pyramids, very clean and a place to enjoy! Thank you very much Hatem! We will come back!

We booked this hotel last minute after arriving in Cairo and finding that our actual hotel was not suited to our needs. Upon arrival we had English speaking staff and were assigned a member of staff for any queries. A big thank you to Ahmed, Mohamed Amer and Yusuf who are a credit to Ramage. Without their assistance we would have struggled a lot. We came during a low-season so there was no buffet but the menu was fine and the staff helped explain anything we didnt understand on the menu. There were weddings taking place when we were at the hotel. The staff ensured that the rooms around us were not used longer than necessary so we could have a good night's sleep. We often left the hotel to visit friends or sites and the staff were very helpful in ensuring Uber drivers had detailed information regards the location: they would speak to them on the phone if required as we did not have conversational Arabic. They also gave us a call on the day we left to ensure we don't get late. The hotel is clean and towels were changed daily. We also liked the lovely animal shapes that were left on the bed using the towels! There was also a seperate pool towel and the bathroom was equipped with essentials. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, felt welcome and hope to retutn in the near future. Thank you everyone!
