    I recommend if you stay inside Ismailia, but Fairoz hotel...

    I recommend if you stay inside Ismailia, but Fairoz hotel was outside Ismailia, it's at new Ismailia city which just new without any facilities, and it's very difficult to go and come from old city because of the security precautions so really I will not go there again.

    The premises are just great, but well taken care of..

    The premises are just great, but well taken care of.. You can say it is just acceptable but not at the 5 stars level hotel. Staff were not complying strictly with the COVID 19 governmental instructions epically the face masks and the disinfectants. Otherwise, it was really good.
