The staff were so accommodating and friendly- Maviey and Christine especially. We were given an upgrade and allowed to check out late as we were getting the sleeper train that evening. The room was fabulous, as was the pool. We slept very well. I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends, and am intending to stay again when I return to Luxor!

Absolutely loved the property. There were peacocks and flamingoes roaming free in the vast lawn. The location was fantastic. Right opposite the Corniche. And walking distance from the Luxor temple and the souk.

As an Indian citizen, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The room, location, price, and especially the staff exceeded my expectations. This was one of most remarkable travel experiences ever. I was met at the airport, whisked to the hotel where I was greeted with tea (of course!) by Ashraf. We then worked out a sightseeing itinerary for the following day and (at 9:30 pm), he got on the phone and custom booked private drivers, boatmen and a buffet lunch to make the most of the day The concierge at the Four Seasons could not have done better. The hotel itself is located on the quiet and safe West bank and was lovely.

I stayed 2 nights for solo trip. Clean, calm, staff was kind, good location for sightseeing. I chartered taxi through the hotel for 8 hours. The young driver couldn’t speak English but he was very kind, and I was able to visit 5 spots with peace of mind.
