I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. I extend my compliments to your entire kitchen team as well. Ahmad, our housekeeper who did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and servers at for the exceptional service during my stay. The food, the care, the beach cleanliness, the clear water all excellent!! The sand is so smooth however only specific location to swim the rest are rocky. No waves at all so the beach is swimmable every day. The weather is hot during the day. We had a room with panoramic sea view. We were able to see the city and the beach at the same time. The room design was excellent as well. A lot of restaurants with different views to sit at. The pool was very nice, however we took advantage of the beach so we didnt have a chance to try it.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!! My husband and our three teenage boys just returned after a week holiday in this beautiful hotel. We had one of our best ever vacation there. We stayed at the Family Swim Up Suite all inclusive, with Posh Club. The suite was great, big, comfortable, well equipped, (superb air-conditioning which was needed) Beautiful sandy beach with easy access and always available sunbeds, several international a ’la carte restaurants with great food, theatre with shows in the evening, everything you wish to have for your holiday. Sport and other activities throughout the day, great entertainment. However the best of all was the staff. The excellent service they provide. Professional, polite always smiling and helpful. I would like to say a big „Thank you” to the waiters of the Posh Club, Khalil, Shahenda, Mustafa and the others who all do a great job and are always very kind. A special thanks to our housekeeper Amr who kept our rooms nice and clean, always there when we needed some assistance. And the biggest „Thank you” goes to our amazing butler Mina!! He was the best. He was there for us day and night, whatever we wished for he made it happen. Mina you made our vacation to a dream! Thank you all, we loved it and cannot wait to go back!

Everything is OK.

Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
