This is a small guest-house. It is well run and the host is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. Common area kitchen worked fine. There is also a common sitting / eating area. Be aware that this is very basic accommodation, but it is clean, safe, friendly. I give it 10 out of 10 in it's class. Alcala del Valle is NOT like it's neighbour Setinel- if you are ready for a break, then this could be a great option. And if you are walking, the dirt road from Setinel to Alcala is very picturesque (and the track to Olvera even better!)

Very clean with lovely towels, toiletries etc. At this time of year it can be cold but the room was lovely and warm and welcoming. Fantastic location in an old railway station with beautiful views, right on the via verde, which is an old railway line now used for cycling and walking. A good walk uphill into the village. Helpful staff and owner who arranged a bike for me to enjoy the Vulture colony nearby. Easy parking onsite and easy to find as it's not in the centre of town.

A wonderful village where life is inexpensive, the weather is always beautiful and warm, the people are always happy and friendly, and you can find excellent products like mojetes (small bread rolls for breakfast) and excellent olive oil at the cooperative.

A peaceful town in the heart of Andalusia, ideally located for visiting Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz, and Malaga. Market on Thursday mornings. Low cost of living. All kinds of produce available. Fresh fruit and vegetables sold at very reasonable prices.

A lovely and comfortable hostel, everything was very clean and had all the amenities for a weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable, and it's in a good location for visiting the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was in a other place in the same street. Very good, normal breakfast. Coffee, juice and a big toast with cheese. We rented the private area with the jacuzzi from 00.00 to 02.00 and it was lovely. Just a small but important detail, the jacuzzi is cold water. For us it was refreshing during the heatwave. How the hotel is decorated is very beautiful. I was impressed.

Whole space is new. Everything is nicely designed. The personnel are very friendly. The town is small. I parked 200m from the hotel on the street, we were just one night so I haven't even ask if there is a parking. We would stay longer, really nice place, value for price is enormous.
