A superb stay in this gem of a hotel. Room with balcony, table and chairs overlooking Bridge and town. Stunning. Room fantastic. Was on bicycle and receptionist provided secure and locked room for bicycle. Breakfast buffet great value and very wide selection of foods. The staff are very good and a particluar mention to the very efficient kind and friendly receptionist. Highly recommended. Top marks.

We stayed here for 10 nights in July and had the best time! The house is stunning and the outside area is absolutely amazing (even nicer than in the pictures). The owner was really lovely, she went above and beyond and was only a message away if we needed her.

We loved Alcoy but that was mainly because we had a local...

We loved Alcoy but that was mainly because we had a local friend show us around and we coincided it with the Modernist Fair at the end of September. There are loads of stunning buildings and various places to eat and drink. It is quite steep in places which was fine for us but could be a challenge for others. Having said that, there are plenty of areas that are flat too. The surrounding area is beautiful so that too can be explored but we didn't have time to do much of that in our four days there, mainly because of the Modernist Fair activities taking up some of our time. Time allowing I would highly recommend visiting the cemetry. It is absolutely fascinating.

Alcoy was a lovely city. however the day we left we wanted to go to one of the museums and could not find a space in any of the many car parks so had to give up and leave without visiting the museum which was very disappointing.

Intriguing old city with a lot of modernistic façades. And many interesting villages in the surroundings, with a few castles and ruins (Benifallim, Onil, Castillo de Barxell, Jijona) in beautiful areas

Alcoy seems to be an interesting place.

Alcoy seems to be an interesting place. It is not huge, so it is easy to walk around. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants. However, we did find it difficult to find vegetarian options around the town, so we ended up having dinner at a shopping mall in a chain restaurant. A really tasy veggie burger though! The local scenery is stunning. I would recommend a drive to Font Roja just to appreciate the local lanscape and enjoy some walking routes. I would visit again but choose different accomodation.

Alcoy is a lovely, authentic Spanish town with a perfect mix of old and new. A wonderful, safe, atmosphere and very friendly people. Being the birthplace of the great Camilo Sesto makes it so very special for his fans from all around the world.

A very traditional and authentic Spanish town without the usual tourist trappings you find in many of the coastal regions of Spain. The nearby mountains are beautiful and spectacular and there are a number of great walks along well maintained mountain tracks you can explore.

Stayed in a 3rd floor apartment overlooking the church. Great location for exploring Alcoy, the apartment was lovely, spacious and quiet and well equipped, with quality toiletries, robes, slippers etc. Easy parking close by.
