Our personal terrace was so beautifll with a view on the little town and the sunset. The location of the appartment was fabulous. A small little town in the mountains/desert of Spain. It was great that every apartement was another continent/espacia del mundo. We stayed in the african lodge, which was very cosy. On top we forgot our music speaker and we are now checking with the owner to have this sent back to Belgium. So gratefull

The truth is that the hot water lake of the Spa is...

The truth is that the hot water lake of the Spa is impressive, and the landscape in general is impressive. Small but welcoming town. I have visited it several times, but always in one of the spas. This time I made a mistake by going to Casa Pachita. I insist, maybe they are better prepared in the summer. Beautiful town with very good people.

It's a small town with a large spa.

It's a small town with a large spa. We were surprised to find a permanent exhibition about José Luis Sampedro, who had strong sentimental ties to the area, in the Casa Palacio (Palace House). On the ground floor, there's also an ethnographic museum with giant papier-mâché figures. You can also see interesting geological formations, such as some well-formed vertical strata.

It's gorgeous, nestled among rocks, with a river running through the middle. It's a charming village, beautiful, I was captivated and will return. The restaurant where we had dinner was wow, everything was delicious, pricey but worth it. We took advantage of the spa, which is fantastic, the hotel with its beautiful lounge, the jet therapy, wow, relaxing massages, everything was a 10/10. And the lake, which is everything, you don't want to leave.

A small village in the province of Zaragoza, a 20-minute drive from Calatayud. The village itself doesn't offer much, aside from the thermal waters at the spa. Otherwise, it's more of a place to pass through. There aren't many shops. It's better to go to the supermarket in Calatayud.

The town has great potential, but it's very expensive for what it offers (practically nothing). There are many opportunities for investment and improvement, but currently it only offers 1% of its potential, which means that stays are limited to the two spa hotels, because the town itself offers nothing.

The thermal lake at the Termas Pallarés spa is truly...

The thermal lake at the Termas Pallarés spa is truly wonderful! The location is beautiful. The town of Alhama has excellent restaurants offering delicious and reasonably priced meals, and it's very charming. It's a 20-minute drive from Calatayud and only two and a half hours from Madrid.

The staff despite having a bit of an attitude treated us with respect and gave us an upgrade to the room. With that said the room it self had its own problems, such as smells and a badly working AC. It is an old style hotel that is probably more targeted to the older generation. The breakfast isn't bad but could use some healthier options.

The hotel seems to be frozen in time, however room was clean and quiet. When we arrived, the woman on front desk explained us everything we needed to know . We stayed only one night, and the next morning we visited the thermal lake which was included in room price.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is simply magical, the lake, the garden, everything is incredibly beautiful, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. I absolutely loved the jazz concert, on a warm summer evening, it’s the ideal way to end the day.
