The special attention prior and upon arrival by Marta, the owner, was exceptional. Welcome lemonade, tour of the property and sharing of personal stories, followed by a wonderful surprise dinner menu after we got to have a walk in town and enjoy the pool at sunset made the first day simply perfect! We loved how Marta also incorporates wonderful local produce into her menu and for breakfast, (apart from the delicious home made goodies!). The pool is so serene, fresh, salt water and has the perfect position to enjoy sun all day, right until the sunset! Marta also gave us great recommendations for places to visit nearby on our onward journey, though we really would have loved to simply stay at her hotel a little longer! We will definitely be back!

A beautiful old building in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. The hotel is on the main square; our room was at the back, with a view over the mountains. The room was very tastefully decorated in a modern style and very comfortable. Breakfast was in the basement, a stone vault and very good value for what was charged. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A small, peaceful village of 36 inhabitants, with a beautiful art exhibition throughout the village, created by a local artist. The dinners at the hotel were excellent. The hotel manager (Marta) is a true professional, attentive to every detail and always willing to help. We will definitely return.
