A beautiful property inside and out - the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful clean pool and very pretty gardens. Plenty of space to relax as a group or separately. Great WiFi and the Sonos system was a bonus. Equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Had the feel of a happy home rather than just a villa rental. Great communication with both the villa owner and local property managers.

The place is just beautiful, new, stylish, smells good, the pool and garden outside is beautiful, the restaurant is beautiful, the rooms and terraces also. Breakfast was delightful, I have 0 complains.

Location is absolutely fantastic, bang in the middle of Old Town. Local market hall on the other side of the road, brilliant for breakfast (as market not open on Sundays) Also good atmosphere Saturday evening. Staff so helpfull and nice. The bar is really fantastic as well.

As I have frequently business to do in the area, I always go to Naranjos. It is the economic choice, very comfortable. In the meantime it feels like a second home to me. That the design is unchanged from the 70s/80s of last century only increases the comfy feeling for me.

A magnificent place for a stay with family and friends in a superb villa! Shops are nearby, and the town of Jávea is just a few minutes away by car or on foot. You can find everything you need in and around Jávea (shops, markets, doctors, etc.). I can't wait to go back!

The best thing about it was the pool; the rest was poorly cleaned and maintained, with ceilings and walls covered in dead insects. There's no private parking, only street parking, no cell service, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable. The TV also relies on Wi-Fi, so it sometimes doesn't work either. The main door is always open, which makes you feel unsafe.

I didn't like it.

I didn't like it. The room was damp, with no TV and no heating, and it was too small due to the humidity and cold. Ours was room 4, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Your parking space was on a ramp with two potholes that would have damaged my rim or fender; I didn't even try. My car is worth more than the balcony overlooking the sea. That ramp was impossible to navigate with so many potholes.

For its location, views, and layout, it's a 10 out of 10—...

For its location, views, and layout, it's a 10 out of 10—spectacular. But until they fix everything that's missing, doesn't work, works poorly, or has dampness, I won't be back. A visit to Cala Granadella, Cala Portixol, and Chiringuito La Siesta is a must, and for breakfast, The Beach House in the port is a great option.

Lovely villa- spacious property (5 double bedrooms and 4 proper bathrooms), maintained to high standard with nice sized pool and outside space. Everything worked well (including internet) and was stocked with everything needed for a quality holiday. Located in a very nice part of Javea, with easy access to beach, port, shops etc. but car needed. Patricia, the owner, was very helpful and responsive before and through our stay.

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, all the amenities you could want. We stayed for 6 nights at the end of October & the weather was in the high 20's, almost full sun every day, walking into Javea was enjoyable, maybe not walking back. The location was more suitable with a car then you can access more of the local beaches & ports.

It is an absolutely amazing place to stay- real authentic Spanish villa, wonderful view, big quite garden. Lots of useful things inside the house- all kitchen tools, some games, books, etc. You will find everything you need for your comfortable rest.
