Warm and welcoming greetings. Comfortable beds. High-quality shower gel and bathroom amenities. Elevator is quieter than usual. Quiet flushing system. Breakfast is tasty, and the dining area is pleasant. Rooms seem well-insulated, so neighbors won’t disturb each other. Friendly staff. Cleaning is satisfactory. Room service is available.

Laura was absolutely fantastic! I had to stay there as my flight was cancelled and I needed some medicine for my mental health and she calmed me down and did everything she could to assist me. She also bought my dinner up to my bedroom as I was too shaken up to leave my room. The rest of the staff were also fantastic. I cannot thank them enough

What a lovely hotel. The presidential suite was incredible! Amazing views from every balcony! The bar, Cafe Madrid, was gorgeous and their service and cocktails were incredible! The rooftop terrazza and breakfast was great as well. My stay was way too short!

    It was good location, good breakfast, close to city centre and very comfortable with helpful staff that had good english. It was not easy to find hotel as its a bit out of the way and hard to locate initially.
