Where do i even start! We loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and beautiful, spacious and felt like home! The hotel offers you free water, coffee, tea and snacks 24h, and you don’t find that even in 5-stars hotels, which makes me wonder how this hotel and 1-star only, it definitely deserves more!!! The hotel is near the beaches and all of the attractions, you can go everywhere by walking distance! The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met, the guys in the kitchen were so polite and friendly, they served us everything and held conversations with us! And what to say about the front desk staff! Both of them were amazing! They chatted with us, helped us with everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect ALL. THE. TIME! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, for everything you did for us! A special thank you to Frederic, the guy is the coolest person I’ve met, we wish we could have seen him too before leaving! He held our bags, gave us all the advices where to go and where to eat and what to see without even asking him and was full of energy! Benidorm is so pretty and this hotel with its people is even prettier!

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

Its an amazing hotel definitely best in Benidorm its impossible to suggest them change something to be better bc everything already perfect. First of all its team that works in this hotel they shows highest standart of hospitality, every request or question immediately answeared or resolved feeling like you talk with good friends. Eduardo, Leonid, Anna Maria and all rest of the team - you are the best, your hospitality made our state unforgettable, thank you! Food delicious and various, fruits, vegetables a lot in every breakfast and dinner, being vegan family we always found many option for us. Clean! Extremely clean and fresh everywhere! I recommend everybody visit SPA for very small charge you will get 1 hour of pleasure) After all i would like to say that Hotel HELIOS in Benidorm is one of the best hotels where i stayed ever and is a the best hotel in Benidorm.

December was Still busy for this time of year, weather was much better than the uk sun ,Blue skies .Plenty of food and drink outlets New Town Planet Benidorm serves fantastic food home made chips and well worth the visit. For drinks would recomend Wiild Duck staff are brilliant . A quick breakfast @Lil Bobs on the beach front excellent Old Town very busy with the Xmas lights and the Xmas market on the beech front All in all had a great few days relaxing

I loved Benidorm I loved the beach, walking on the Promenade every day its so clean and well looked after. Very easy to get around the buses are brilliant, also the hop on hop off bus. I ate in most of the bars on the front as was there for 3 weeks and a few on the strip. The food and drink was very good in all and so cheap!! A lovely part of Spain.

Benidorm often gets a bad rap - often from people that have never been there. We went there twice this year, From our perspective, we always felt safe at any time of the day or night. The strip area can seem a little rough at night but we experienced nothing but friendly people on it - particularly British revellers - they were all kind, friendly and easy to get along with. Benidorm is a massive resort - the strip area is less that 1% of it - there is lots to do elsewhere for everyone. Both beaches and promenades are beautiful and well equipped - ideal for a morning walk. The Old town is beautiful and buzzing with locals and tourists and everyone seemed happy! There are over 1000 restaurants and 2000 bars in Benidorm - food and drinks are really cheap - at least 50% lower prices than Ireland or the UK. We plan to return in the near future.

its not for everyone and while we enjoyed the old town the bars and clubs on the strip were just a bit overpowering , fine if you like that kinda thing . otherwise the beaches were lovely, long and golden and there are some great bars and restaurants in the old town

We love Benidorm , lots to do , great entertainment in the evening’s and everything within walking distance . The old town with its quirky streets and stunning views is always a great place to visit and sit with a drink to people watch .

Weather was great for walking and trips on good value public transport. Plenty of food choices,english or Spanish (old town ). A need to be aware of pickpockets,muggers and drug dealing. And more vulnerable in secluded areas after midnigiht if solo ! Apears to be immigrant population behind these crimes !

We had a really lovely stay. Staff were all very friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the old town and has great parking facilities. The bar prices were very good, more like proper Benidorm bar prices than hotel prices, and all drinks served with a little snack. Rooms very clean and comfortable with everything you need, including free water. We will definitely stay here every time we go to Benidorm.

View from room is lovely - glad the aircon worked well. Beds were comfy, we slept well. Pool was nice addition. 19 floors up we were thankful for a lift. We had no issues checking-in even when our flight was delayed. Viola & friends were responsive and friendly during our stay. Very good location for Levante Beach & New Town - Old Town took about 15-20mins on the beach front path so easy access to all.

Great location in the Old Town of Benidorm. Rooms are basic but have everything you need for a couple of nights and are also very clean. Staff both at reception and the cleaners are very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant below the hotel was also really good and woild recommend

Location was fabulous, right on the beach and just by the Old Town. Hotel was spotless, and the breakfast possibly the best I've ever had in a hotel. Check in easy, our room was ready at 1.30pm
