A great family hotel, very friendly welcome, good explanation of the area and dining out. Super nice very clean room. We had a larger room that was themed, super nice and relaxing. Everything was provided to perfection. It was quiet with a nice view of the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed a super tasty breakfast buffet, egg on request. Right across the hotel posability to safe and free parking. Good explanation of the area and walking routes.

Our car broke down and so had to be towed with all of our stuff inside, not so easy with 3 kids. But from arrival to checkout the staff helped us so much in every way possible. Amazing staff! Food in the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise too!

The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and a bit of a view. Nearby are some bars and restaurants and town is a little stroll. Breakfast was fine, again, very woman running breakfast. We didn't have dinner there sadly, because it looked much nicer than the terrible pretend Japanese we had up the road. O yes, and it has parking onsite.
