We received a great welcome and even though I looked myself in the garage the receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant. We had a room on the fifth floor with a terrace which was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. We never had any problem with the lift. It was really easy to get the bus into Pamplona for €1.60 per person each way. The bus stop was just around corner. The cafeteria was great value for a simple breakfast and coffee to start our day. I would return without hesitation on my next visit to Pamplona.

We were travelling from Caen to Murcia the hotel is in an ideal place for a stop over. The receptionist was lovely she was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was lovely very large, clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay again on our travels

This is a great hotel, with really friendly, helpful staff. The bed was big and comfortable, a good breakfast, and everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was fabulous! It doesn't look pretty from the outside, and it is in an industrial area, but it was a perfect stopover, and a short walk (30 minutes or so) into town. We would definitely go back.

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes...

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes away from Pamplona witht the bus. the bus (number 4) goes every 5 minutes until 22.30, after that they still go, but less frequent. Pamplona had a gorgeous , old city centre. They are famous for the San fermin festival (the bulls run) but that is in July. Burlada had a really tiny centre, you won't find any tourists, shops and bakeries are all local, including the prices! The bus is only €1,50 so save money on a hotel, enjoy the local life in Burlada (eat at Bagoa) and then enjoy Pamplona!

We spent in the hotel one night and we cannot complain. The bed was comfortable, internet worked great. We have not lacked anything. It is worth for its price. We could also quite easily park in close streets. We had a regular breakfast in a coffee that creates part of a hotel. We would repeat again.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. The hotel is a 15-20 min bus ride from Pamplona city center which made it a perfect place to stay during San Fermin.
