We received a great welcome and even though I looked myself in the garage the receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant. We had a room on the fifth floor with a terrace which was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. We never had any problem with the lift. It was really easy to get the bus into Pamplona for €1.60 per person each way. The bus stop was just around corner. The cafeteria was great value for a simple breakfast and coffee to start our day. I would return without hesitation on my next visit to Pamplona.

We were travelling from Caen to Murcia the hotel is in an ideal place for a stop over. The receptionist was lovely she was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was lovely very large, clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay again on our travels

The hotel is centrally placed; in fact, it couldn't be more central. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and a comfortable room above one of the narrow streets on which the Bull Run takes place. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. The city of Pamplona is ideal for visiting the Bodega Otazu, a short drive from the city centre. I would like to return to visit both the city ad hotel on another occasion.

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes...

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes away from Pamplona witht the bus. the bus (number 4) goes every 5 minutes until 22.30, after that they still go, but less frequent. Pamplona had a gorgeous , old city centre. They are famous for the San fermin festival (the bulls run) but that is in July. Burlada had a really tiny centre, you won't find any tourists, shops and bakeries are all local, including the prices! The bus is only €1,50 so save money on a hotel, enjoy the local life in Burlada (eat at Bagoa) and then enjoy Pamplona!

The hotel is very decent and clean.

The hotel is very decent and clean. Triple rooms are available, and two rooms can be connected via a third door that closes off the corridor, creating a small private corridor area.

Very close to the city, yet perfectly connected.

Very close to the city, yet perfectly connected. Public transport is very punctual and frequent. The town itself is very typical of the suburbs. The walk across the bridge is very pleasant.

I really liked the staff's service, both at the hotel and...

I really liked the staff's service, both at the hotel and the bar. The room was large, everything was within easy reach, the bathroom was great, they have a gel dispenser and everything, which is very helpful in case you forget or anything, a wardrobe with hangers and everything, a television and a window, even several pieces of furniture.

Location nice and central, excellent parking facilities in a private garage right across the road from hotel. Bar staff brilliant, ability to sit outside having drinks with table service. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed. Would happily stay again.

Very comfortable and clean. We used this hotel as a stop along the Camino. it’s out of town however buses run every 6mins into Pamplona for 3Euro. Great cafe close by for breakfast. Close to the main road for buses. Quiet and comfortable

The staff was super friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. The hotel is a 15-20 min bus ride from Pamplona city center which made it a perfect place to stay during San Fermin.
