Booking in straight forward. Room clean and fresh, bathroom clean with nice fresh smelling soap/shampoo. Bed firm and comfortable , had a great sleep, bedding clean. Good size tv, much larger than most hotels offer. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented, everything was fresh. This is the second time staying whilst on my way to the Santander ferry and I highly recommend it.

I am delighted by the kindness of the reception staff; I don’t remember ever experiencing such warmth and hospitality anywhere else. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, offered help with anything during our stay, and even assisted us late at night with adjusting the air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Hotel Colón Plaza is an elegant hotel opposite Campo Grande Park in central Valladolid, 2 minutes’ walk from the high-speed train station. The Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral are a short walk away.

The staff was extraordinary friendly and incredibly helpful. We got a very nicely furnished room in a very modern style. The breakfast was really delicious and you had a lot of different options. During our stay our car was parked in a safe parking garage of the hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel ! A 1200 year old castle then renovated into a palace and finally to finish up as a modern, trendy and chic place to stay. The restaurant was fabulous great food and fresh ingredients and very good service. Must do the breakfast as it was a bargain for what you got. The hosts/ owners and staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, we even got a personalised tour of the local village. Oh forgot to mention it is associated with the vineyard nearby with great selection of the local wine … triple bonus

Good hotel for a short stay. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Parking is 1€ for a whole day and free on Sundays. It is a bit far from the city center.

Room and facilities are excellent, very easy to use car parking and the hotel is in a great location - perfect for restaurants and bars. We found the staff very friendly and will definitely be back!
