Breakfast was really great. It was a buffet and everything was fresh. Great selection of fruit, breads and cheeses and cold meats. There was a rotation of eggs from scrambled, soft boiled and fried. I couldn't fault the breakfast or service.

Property Excellent property . Clean , spacious and modern . Lovely garden and seating areas . Fantastic pool. Brilliant utility room which is great for a family . Overall 5 star . Location I have stayed all over menorca over the years and I think the area is a real hidden gem . Quiet and tranquil but has great bus service so you can be in cuitadella (beautiful old town with restaurants,bars, historic buildings etc) or Cala en Bosch ( marina , restaurants , bars, etc) literally in minutes. They are in walking distance but I travelled with my young family and it was very hot . Within a few minutes walk is a cluster of the best beaches menorca has to offer with 3 very good restaurants ( try the steakhouse next to the beach you won’t be disappointed) . Host The host Joan and his wife do live below , but don’t let that put you off . How the villa is set out you wouldn’t know he was there . He tends the pool and gardens daily ,early in the morning so doesn’t disturb anyone. I actually found him being there to be an asset. He took me to the supermarket on arrival and gave me a tour of the surrounding areas , showed me all the bus routes and booked me taxis when requested. Also when my daughter came home earlier than us 1 night and struggled to open the door , 1 quick message and he was there to help . So as I said an asset to have . To sum up great property, lovely location and fantastic host . I would definitely return.

Room was perfect, bed comfortable, everything needed. The lobby is amazing, with its green wall and trees and plants, and fun places to sit among them and absorb the atmosphere. Pool looked lovely but we arrived too late to use it. Staff wonderful.

A very peaceful hotel. Very new and very clean. It’s not a very big hotel which makes it really nice and quiet. All employees are incredibly nice and attentive, they make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. It’s also super nicely located with a beach right in front and Ciutadella 10 minutes away bar car. There is also a supermaket right next to the hotel which is convenient to buy things for the day.

We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other...

We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other parts of the Island, which we did. And parking wasn't a problem. There is a good selection of restaurants in Cala Blanca, which is about a 6 minute drive. On the last day we found a supermarket in Sa Caleta, about a 5 minute drive. If I remember rightly it was called Viscount. (A bit pricey) A 10 minute drive to the industrial poligono on the outskirts of Ciutadella had all the main supermarkets from Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Dia (No tourist prices which I liked) and a petrol station

Our 2nd time staying in the area and we still can't get...

Our 2nd time staying in the area and we still can't get enough. The beaches are great really safe for children and lots of amenities. The sunsets are breathtaking. So much choice for food and all great quality we can't wait to come back

Good property, in an excellent location 10 minutes from Ciutadella. Good housekeeping three times a week, with towel changes but not sheets. Beds are made. Adequate kitchen with everything you need for cooking and keeping the fridge stocked.

A very beautiful bay, with a lovely Hotel Playa Santandria, and a nice Hotel Bahia next door. There's also a pleasant bar further back in Cala Santandria, perfect for watching the sunset, as are the views from both hotels. The water was warm at the end of August. A cozy bay, not overcrowded. It's not far from the beautiful port city of Ciutadella (reachable by bus number 64 in 20 minutes).

It's a quiet beach with plenty of snorkeling areas, and you can also stay on the rocks if you like. There were a couple of restaurants right on the beach that looked good, but I didn't get a chance to try them.

The hotel is well located, clean, and quiet.

The hotel is well located, clean, and quiet. There's a bus stop right outside for a 10-minute ride to Ciutadella. A small supermarket is nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is a real plus. The bedding is comfortable, it's just the furniture that's a bit dated. We had a great stay.

Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a peaceful environment. It is close to ciutadella and it has restaurants at a walking distance. If you dont hire a car, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The rooms are big and just like they are shown in the pics. We cooked breakfast everyday in the kitchen with no issues. The room does not have air-conditioning but they provide you with fans and for us that was perfect. The staff were helpful and very friendly. All around a really good experience

The location, right above the two local prestine beaches is unbeatable. Pre-breakfast swims where our daily highlight. Very helpful, always smiling hotel and restaurant staff are unquestionably well managed by the hotel family owners and made all the difference to our stay. We will try to go back to the hotel next year. Downtown Ciutadella is only a few minutes drive away if one needs a little more action.
