This was the room with the most incredible view at the foot of our beds. A glass curtain from top to bottom and side to side. We slept with it open all night listening to the sea and breaking of the waves. Nothing short of an unforgettable experience.

A wonderful town in two parts - the beach and the town -...

A wonderful town in two parts - the beach and the town - around 15 mins drive away. We were there in October and it didn't feel too crowded, but both the beach area and the town were vibrant and full of life. Surrounding countryside provides several lovely walks, public transport was good and prices reasonable. We will be back.

It is a great place for a relaxing vacation!

It is a great place for a relaxing vacation! A nice beach (8km coast) where you can swim, relax or have a nice walk! There is also a street workout area next to the beach if you feel like working on your pullups and muscle ups! I also visited a park where I could watch flamingoes and other birds. I will go back to Chiclana one day! It was wonderful!

Lovely host; Five minutes walk from the beach; spacious rooms; fans in rooms; kitchen had everything we needed; extra items available such as parasol, volleyball & shopping bag; garden dining area lovely too; parking space in driveway. As well as being close to the beach, the apartment is only 35 minutes from Cadiz, 45m from Jerez & 1h20m from Seville, so great for exploring too

Chiclana is a very interesting city - very historical,...

Chiclana is a very interesting city - very historical, excellent museums. Hand driers in to public loos were a bit of a curiosity - unplugged, ready to be operated with WET hands! - the plug is just below the drier - waiting for water to land on it!

Review for Chiclana: Chiclana is a peaceful town with many beautiful beaches. The charming town center features a large market hall, perfect for exploring local products. It’s not a typical tourist destination, but it still feels idyllic, and everything is easily accessible. The beaches are absolutely wonderful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty.

We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants.

We loved our room, the spa, the beach, and the restaurants. We didn’t like that it was so far from Cadiz and we weren’t told to take the closer train instead of taking a taxi for 50 minutes from Cadiz, but you also gave us a free Audi to drive into Cadiz. It was a lovely place!

It is a really beautiful hotel situated on a stunning long sandy beach. The decor is very elegant whilst still being comfortable and there are great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The choice and quality of food and drink was excellent, and there really was something for all tastes. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely en-suite. Our balcony had a very pleasant side sea view.

An oasis of calm and shade just a few minutes from the beach, with a mature and beautiful garden and pool. A traditional Spanish style hotel which was spotless and wonderfully maintained by the owner and his son who worked very hard to ensure they made their guests feel welcome and comfortable.
