Fantastic place in an old palace. Retaurants, bars closeby. Parking a bit further away, but accessible by car, if you need to bring luggage to the door.

The view from the house is outstanding. It is convenient to the old parts of the city. The house is very well set up, and has air con in every room of the house, which was great for comfortable sleeping. Free parking was readily available nearby, and being on the edge of the old town was great because we could get our big family van right up near the house. Inside the house is more spacious and attractive than we expected from the photos. The house is right near the cuevas del agujero, and the old town main square. Not so close to the castle, but the castle does nit have loads to see.

Well maintained and clean facilities. The front desk ladies were very helpful when I had leave early morning to explore the city before heading to train station they offered make picnic bag to take with me. This was paid breakfast, still I thought was very thoughtful.

Our second time visiting this hotel and will be our go-to hotel in Albacete for the future. So long as its not two single beds put together and it is a double bed, this hotel has everything we need for a great stay.. and its the most conveniently located near the bus and train station. Very happy this time round!

I chose this hotel because of the driving distance from my meeting and I discovered a nice place to stay every time i will be in Albacete. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff with a good restaurant if you are not in the mood to hit restaurants downtown that are at 5’ driving distance.

On the basis we got upgraded to a junior suite from the original room we booked (the door to the original room wouldn't lock), really have nothing but positive feedback on the hotel. The original room was actually really lovely, great features and fixtures, we would have been very happy staying there if the door had locked, but the Suite was superb. Massive bed (very comfortable), superb bathroom, nice decor. Couple of terraces looking out over the park. Staff throughout the hotel were superb, both in terms of sorting out the issues with the original room & passing on recommendations for restaurants etc. It's a fascinating town, with lots to recommend it. Also, it has a decent (& secure) car park just round the back of the hotel, which was a great bonus. Lovely people, fabulous room, would definitely stay again.

This is a very clean hotel. It is not new. But it's still very nice. All the staff was nice. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. But the cafetería was on high standard. There is parking in the basement. The stay was very affordable. I would surely go back. 🙂
