Consell has a flea market on Sundays, just outside the town, perfect for antique lovers. Palma is a 20-minute drive away, and the rest of the island is easily accessible by car or motorbike. Alaró, nearby, has a castle to visit and some lovely hiking trails. In Plaça de Cabrit i Bassa, a little further out, you'll find El Trastero restaurant, a real gem for lunch or dinner.
