Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Very friendly and helpful on reception. Large, immaculate room. Extremely comfortable bed. Very central location. My room faced a busy street, but was completely peaceful with the windows/balcony door closed. Breakfast buffet was really nice (delicious tortilla!) and again lovely service. Great hotel, highly recommend!

the staff warned me that at 12 at night I had to be in the tent and be quiet. I was with my husband and 4 children and we had two tents. we were supposed to spend 8 nights from Saturday to the following Sunday. on Monday I received a warning that if we are not quieter than we are, they will block 300 euros on my credit card and I was watching a movie in the tent after 12 at night and once I got louder because it was a comedy.🙈 I was under stress all week so as not to pay extra costs . On Friday, a lot of families came with children who ran until 3 a.m. and the parents had fun in front of the tents. So the stress was probably unnecessary, but it upset me so much that they ruined my vacation, which I couldn't afford anymore, that I calmed down the whole family and returned home a day early. My worst vacation. And it could have been really good because the place is great

There is little in crevelent so you would probably come for...

There is little in crevelent so you would probably come for business or in my case, to visit a friend. But, apart from the poor traffic infrastructure (which drove me mad) I did find a bit of night life in Placa de Valenciana. Happy days. I did find it difficult to find somewhere to eat but soon remembered that the Spanish tend to eat later so places tend to open later.

The town of Crévillente is not at all touristy.

The town of Crévillente is not at all touristy. However, we attended the Moorish and Christian festivals (Fiestas de los Moros y Cristianos) which are absolutely fabulous in late September/early October. A must-see if you are in the area at that time.

It met our expectations for our children's fun and enjoyment...

It met our expectations for our children's fun and enjoyment. We ate at several restaurants in towns near the resort and enjoyed some delicious paella. We didn't get a chance to visit Crevillente, but we did explore Catral and the surrounding area. A car is essential for getting around from the resort.

This would suit someone who had specific reasons in this area. In fact it is ‘to my knowledge’ the only hotel in Crevelent. The staff were very good and welcoming and I mean all of them. There is underground parking which solves the ‘huge’ problem of parking in the area at a very reasonable cost.

The hotel is based in a central location on the towns main road. Reception lady was welcoming and helpful. Free coffee machine in the upstairs foyer is a bonus. Small fridge in the room and Aircon which was allocated for my stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn't too far from the town. The beds were comfortable but we were there 7 nights in all, so the sheets could have been changed a bit more often.
