Clean, comfy beds. Nice bathroom with bidet. Bed pillows very stout, not too soft. Great AC. Breakfast was lovely with many options hot and cold. Food was delicious. Everything from muesli to soft cooked eggs with many breakfast meats. Plus all coffees and teas. Staff helpful and efficient.

The location in the heart of the old town, the wonderful staff throughout the hotel, the very efficient quiet AC, excellent free Wifi, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, spotlessly clean throughout, breakfast which you can have in the in-house cafe (very popular with locals), and last but not least the great value for money. The hotel is in the city center, is affordable and in a good neighborhood. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind, same experience with my short interaction with the cleaning lady. There are also elevators to upstairs and even though my room didn't have a view on the basilica, I liked the view to the street. The room was not big but not small either, the bed was comfortable and had a clean, private bathroom. It had a mini fridge as well, which was very welcomed.

We found the location excellent - it was about 15 minutes walk to the old town (Highly recommend getting the 4 Museum pass which you can get at the Roman theatre or Forum). Supermarket, bus stops, pharmacy were all 50 metres away from the hotel. Staff were all friendly. Car parking was a good price (€7 p/n) - secure, underground parking right under the hotel which we didn't need to prebook. Good Wifi strength. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked nice. Room was quiet at night, bed was super comfy and bathroom was clean.

Forget the 'sexy' stuff. This is a brilliant hotel for an overnight stay in Spain on your way to tthe south coast. Thesecure garage under the room is a real bonus and big enough for a large car. The bar was quiet but it was OK to escape the room and have a drink.
