Beautiful antique Albergue, exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, well organized, well equipped. Super kind, friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff! Save neighborhood. Easy free street parking nearby. Only one thing: the bed is noisy, needs improvement.

What can I say about my town? It's the best in the world.

What can I say about my town? It's the best in the world. Being able to participate in my town's festivities is a true pleasure; they are festivals of tourist interest and feature the oldest bull runs in Spain. The Duke of Alburquerque's castle is magnificent, and I can't fail to mention the Jewish quarter and the Mudéjar-style churches.

It's a highly recommended place for a 1-2 day rural getaway.

It's a highly recommended place for a 1-2 day rural getaway. Its castle and old town make it special, and its bull run festival at the end of August is highly recommended for its lively atmosphere and traditions.

A town that can be explored on foot, you can visit its churches, the castle, the Jewish quarter, take long walks towards the outskirts of the town... and where to snack and have some wines or beers which, by the way, I found gluten-free without any problem.

A must-see visit to the castle (with a theatrical tour)...

A must-see visit to the castle (with a theatrical tour) featuring true theater professionals. In the evening, a superb performance takes place in the castle courtyard. You can also add a nighttime tour of the city walls and Mudéjar churches, and a walk along the fishermen's path on the Cega River.

A little-known but architecturally significant and well-...

A little-known but architecturally significant and well-preserved village. The castle of the Dukes of Albuquerque is among the best preserved and of great historical and medieval architectural value.

I really enjoyed everything it has to offer.

I really enjoyed everything it has to offer. The guided tour was exceptional; we booked it well in advance. The place where we ate (La Taurina) was delicious and reasonably priced. There are many amenities, and you sleep wonderfully at night. The Church of San Miguel is a gem, and the priest who celebrated Mass and the townspeople were welcoming and proud of their town.
