Set in the beautiful desert-like location of Rodalquilar, the house is stylish, large and comfortable with everything we needed. Marlene,our host, was very friendly and welcoming and gave us some helpful recommendations. The garden and pool area are a tranquil place to spend time. Rodalquilar is a good, central location on the Cabo de Gata coastline and offers the chance to enjoy a stay in a small village far from the crowds. We also enjoyed hiking around the old mining area above the town.

Everything was better than expected. Lovely facilities: very comfy and modern. The room and bathroom were spotless. The owners Ms Lola and her husband and son are very welcoming and helpful. They gave us useful information about the area. It's good value for money. We certainly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was lovely, the location was beautiful and quiet. It felt like we were in the middle of the desert, but still, the nearest Mercadona was pretty close (15 minutes by car). We were even provided with drinkable water. Everything was perfect!

Rodaliquar is a lovely white village with artistic touches...

Rodaliquar is a lovely white village with artistic touches and some great restaurants, cafes and bars. It also has an amazing history of gold mining and now a lovely museum, cafe and shop, as well as Botanic Gardens. Well worth a visit. And Samambar is a superb quality restaurant.

Rodalquilar is one of the most relaxed and relaxing place...

Rodalquilar is one of the most relaxed and relaxing place you will ever visit. Eat at Fidel's bar (he cooks Nevajas brilliantly). visit the Gardens, and the gold mine. Go to Las Negras and La Isaletta. Find the trails in the hills. Sensational views.

Hotel was clean, staff were very good, breakfast was ok. Two single beds pushed together does not make a double! No plugs in the sink and bath, but the soap provided fits! Lol This is not four star!!!

lovely gay friendly town with a couple of nice restaurants at good prices. Very well located in the heart of the Cabo de Gata park, which means no hike or no cala is very far away. Not a beach town though, but as said, never far away. We did see two wild cameleons though!

The village is pretty and peaceful, but it lacks essential services like supermarkets... there are only three small food shops selling a few items at inflated prices... it's advisable to do your shopping in Almería before going to your accommodation.

It's nature in its purest form; don't expect crowds.

It's nature in its purest form; don't expect crowds. Large beaches with fossilized dunes and beautiful landscapes, plus viewpoints overlooking the coves. Since we stayed three nights, it was a relaxing getaway, and we swam until late because the water was warm and crystal clear.

Chuli was so lovely and help us with whatever we needed. The location is very good since it is very close to Rodalquilar but isolated and you can breathe peace. The room was quite clean, The pool is nice but needs maintenance like the rest of facilities

Very friendly staff, Julia was extremely attentive, an asset to the hotel. Great decoration, wonderful mattress. A little Oasis with a beautiful view of the wonderful Playazo! Definitely will return.
