The hotel was clean and comfortable. We got lost and they came and picked us up. We had an excellent meal and bottle of wine and the service was really friendly and kind. Staff gave us some advice on where to go in Santiago and were really helpful in getting us back on the Camino path the following morning.

On the Camino de Santiago, this is the best place I encountered and it was so great that I will be back again. I had to plan a detour to stay in this place but it was absolutely worth it. The rooms are amazingly designed, very clean and unbelievably comfortable beds. The family who runs the place is absolutely lovely and so are all employees, so friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are great, the garden where the restaurant is offers the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic food and wines served. Too bad I could stay only for one night.

Read reviews carefully before booking (by far our most expensive night and it has a much longer cancellation policy than anywhere else we stayed). Positives: it’s right on the Camino. It is clean and comfortable. The host was v responsive by WhatsApp and phone. There’s a bath in one of the rooms which we loved. Other bathrooms were really nice. There’s a washing machine and drying rack that can go by the radiators so great to get a wash done. There’s a really nice albergue near by that did a great supper and breakfast - and fun atmosphere and people. Luggage arrived and left without any problems. We ended up enjoying it albeit probably our highest anxiety night on the trip, and 3x more expensive than any other night.
